7月2日，珠海国际仲裁院党组成员、副院长郑镇和率队与葡语国家共同体企业联合会（CE-CPLP）携手，于新里斯本大学成功举办了主题为“中国——葡语国家对话：法律、仲裁、贸易及经济合作”的国际交流会。此次会议聚焦于中葡双方在法律与经贸领域的交流与合作，旨在通过深入对话促进双边关系的进一步发展。

On July 2nd, a delegation from the Zhuhai Court of International Arbitration (ZCIA), led by Zheng Zhenhe, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice President, joined hands with the Business Confederation of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries (CE-CPLP) to successfully host an international seminar at NOVA University Lisbon. Themed "China-CPLP Dialogue: Law, Arbitration, Trade, and Economic Cooperation," the event focused on exchanges and cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries in the fields of law, economy, and trade, aiming to foster the further development of bilateral relations through in-depth dialogue.

会议期间，郑镇和副院长以“中国仲裁的发展及珠海国际仲裁院面向葡语系国家仲裁的实践”为题发表主旨演讲，详细阐述中国仲裁制度的演进历程、发展现状及未来趋势，并重点介绍了珠海国际仲裁院在处理中葡跨境争议解决案件中的具体实践与独特优势。

During the conference, Vice President Zheng Zhenhe delivered a keynote speech titled "The Development of Arbitration in China and the Practice of ZCIA in Arbitration for Portuguese-speaking Countries." He elaborated on the evolution, current status, and future trends of China's arbitration system, highlighting ZCIA's specific practices and unique advantages in handling cross-border dispute resolution cases between China and Portuguese-speaking nations.

随后，葡语国家共同体企业联合会副主席Vitorio Rosario Cardoso围绕“Capacity building in International Arbitration in the CPLP”这一主题进行发言，他指出，中葡之间的合作具有广阔的发展前景，而国际仲裁作为高效、公正的纠纷解决机制，在化解双边贸易争端、维护商业关系稳定方面发挥着至关重要的作用。

Subsequently, Vitorio Rosario Cardoso, Vice President of CE-CPLP, spoke on the theme "Capacity building in International Arbitration in the CPLP." He pointed out that cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries holds broad prospects. He emphasized that international arbitration, as an efficient and impartial dispute resolution mechanism, plays a vital role in resolving bilateral trade disputes and maintaining stable business relationships.

新里斯本大学教授法学院Francisco Pereira Coutinho以《Investment in the China-CPLP Relations》为题发表演讲，他强调中葡经贸合作在当前全球经济格局中的重要性，并呼吁双方进一步加强投资与商业往来，共同开拓合作新机遇。

Francisco Pereira Coutinho, Professor at the NOVA University Lisbon School of Law, delivered a speech titled "Investment in the China-CPLP Relations." He stressed the importance of economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries within the current global economic landscape and called on both sides to further strengthen investment and business exchanges to jointly explore new opportunities for cooperation.

在圆桌交流环节中，珠海国际仲裁院仲裁员代表田学东、石立炘、廖智全就中国与葡语系国家之间的经贸合作及跨境争议解决路径这一主题，进行了深入而富有成效的交流与探讨。

During the roundtable discussion, ZCIA arbitrator representatives Tian Xuedong, Shi Lixin, and Liao Zhiquan engaged in in-depth and productive exchanges on the theme of economic and trade cooperation between China and Portuguese-speaking countries, as well as pathways for cross-border dispute resolution.
